In the article, "Training On-Premise Laundry Employees on New Equipment," Hand discusses the need for a two-part training process led by a distributor after buying new laundry equipment. To ensure a smooth transition, on-premise laundry managers are also encouraged to upgrade all machines with the same easy-to-use control system to simplify training and help employees increase efficiency.
