It\u2019s no secret that UniMac machines are built to last. That\u2019s one of the reasons why so many consumers choose UniMac for their laundry needs. With that in mind, we created the UniMac Longevity Contest and began our search for the oldest machines out there that are still in use.\u00a0Here\u2019s a story from\u00a0the slopes of Colorado about a resort\u00a0still using a\u00a0UniMac\u00a0machine from 2004\u00a0to\u00a0keep linens clean and fresh.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Attitash Mountain Village<\/span><\/a>\u00a0is a 400-plus unit property\u00a0with just as many (and then some) beds and bathrooms. It also has three pools and a couple of hot tubs,\u00a0meaning\u00a0there are soggy towels galore.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The resort has seen an increase in occupancy, which\u00a0leads to\u00a0more linens need to be washed with a quick turnaround time.\u00a0The resort uses a technique called \u2018triple sheeting,\u2019\u00a0or adding\u00a0an extra sheet for every bed, which also\u00a0means more sheets to wash. The UniMac machine from 2004 is keeping up with\u00a0the increased demand, with no signs of slowing down.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
