With a freestanding design for easy installation, the new machines help OPLs of all sizes reduce costs and maximize throughput.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are pleased to offer on-premises laundries another innovative product design that is backed by the industry-leading quality and durability UniMac is known for,\u201d said Bill Brooks, National Sales Manager for UniMac. \u201cUniMac continues to be progressive in adding to its full-line of OPL products that meet the diverse needs of today\u2019s laundry operations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Take Control<\/strong><br \/>\nUY washer-extractors feature one of two intuitive control systems, based on capacity. Both include multi-language capabilities and offer 99 programming options and eight liquid chemical connections, giving a manager complete control of the OPL.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROform Control<\/strong>\u2014standard on UY20, UY25, UY30, UY40, UY55 and UY70 models<br \/>\n<strong>Micro Control<\/strong>\u2014standard on UY90, UY125, UY180, UY230 and UY275 models<\/p>\n<p>Available through the PROform or Micro Control, Laundry Management System (LMS) and networking allows an OPL manager to monitor machine setup and wash program updates. Other features of LMS include location management, maintenance data and alarms via email\u2014all through a wired or wireless Internet connection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Powerful Performance<\/strong><br \/>\nThe machines extract with a 350-400 G-Force extraction speed. The result is maximum water removal from the load, which reduces drying times, saves on utilities and allows a laundry to run at premium efficiency by equalizing washer and dryer times and increasing throughput.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, innovative product design and wash programs help OPLs greatly reduce water costs, delivering 15 percent water savings when compared to older models in the market.<\/p>\n<p>UY series washer-extractors are designed with high-quality, stainless steel front, top and side panels for increased strength and durability. Machines also offer an inverter drive system that delivers low energy use, higher torque, high extraction speed, lower noise and less imbalance.<\/p>\n<p>An industry-leading five-year warranty covers the frame, basket, shaft, bearings and seals from failure or breakage during normal operation due to defects in material or workmanship.
