UniMac gives glimpse of upgraded product at Clean Show

The UniMac booth at the 2019 Clean Show was a high traffic area, as we shared exciting upcoming upgrades to our popular TotalVue laundry management system, along with other updates. For those unable to make it to the show, we offer a few highlights below.

TotalVue already delivers to laundry managers exceptional visibility to what is happening in the laundry operation, enabling them to:

Protect equipment, linen and the reputation of the facility, while providing the lowest cost of ownership

Monitor operational (labor and utility) costs and performance

Elevate laundry standards to perfection and ensure a great guest, patient or other client experience.

At the show, the veil was lifted on TotalVue 2.0, which takes that protect, monitor and elevate story to the next level with:

1. Advanced reporting and analytics

2. Real time efficiency and error alerts

3. Remote programming

4. Enhanced labor flex calculations and reporting

TotalProof – an industry-exclusive system that combines flow meter technology to ensure wash chemistry was introduced at the correct time…basically, proof of wash quality.

UniMac customers also got to see the benefits provided by being part of the Alliance Laundry Systems family. The global leader in commercial laundry unveiled next-level service technology – an augmented reality feature. Soon machines will be fitted with unique QR codes, where a servicer or laundry manager can scan the code with an app and see inside the machine without removing a panel. The technology will put all documents literally at your finger tips and speed service and parts ordering.
