American Laundry News Takes a Look Inside Washington State University’s Athletic Laundry Facilities

November’s issue of American Laundry News highlights Washington State University’s newly renovated football laundry room, equipped with UniMac® machines. In the article, “Cougar Pride: On Field and In Laundry,” Milton Neal, Washington State University director of equipment operations shares his experience managing the new laundry room, which is solely used for football uniforms and equipment. He touches on the benefits of new technology like UniLinc™, which allows him to manage machine operation, such as customizing wash cycles, from his computer.

“One of the nice things about the new laundry room is that we designed it so we’re not up here doing laundry all hours of the night, and that’s been a gamer-changer for us,” says Neal.
